From almost 20 years expertise, Type3 solutions have expanded in several industries and gained recognition from top actors such as Dassault Systems. The US operations are expanding, and therefore we are looking for our new Sales Manager – Sign & Woodwork.

Job Purpose

Drives sales through channels by identifying, developing and supporting partners; monitoring results;
increasing sales; maximizing revenues.


Mission
- Seeks and nurtures strategic partnership relationships by identifying and exploring potential relationships including ISVs; VARs, OEMs and distributors; engaging key personnel and building relationships; communicating company vision and product potential; negotiating business contracts; driving channel harmony.
- Prepares partners to develop markets by developing and conducting sales and technical training programs; conducting joint seminars; managing trade show presence.
- Expands direct operations within strategic accounts (current and new); assesses potential to forecast in revenues; teams-up with technical team to elaborate Type3 solution and demonstration; ensures smooth communication between clients and our organization; optimizes clientele satisfaction for references.
- Drives revenue by managing current and new partners; developing a market strategy, forecast, and sales plan with partners; formulating sales and marketing initiatives; implementing push e-mail and web marketing programs; recommending pricing and marketing definitions; leveraging customer databases and contacts; coordinating sales and marketing actions with channel partners; developing sales incentive programs; managing product availability.
- Tracks channel accomplishments by comparing initiatives, contacts, presentations, billings, and backlogs to strategies, forecasts, plans, targets, and objectives.
- Improves product sales opportunities by monitoring competitive products; recommending product improvements; monitoring customer service team interaction with customers; updating content for partner documentation and collateral.

Requirements

- Ideally experienced with CAD/CAM technology and/or CNC machining
- Confident with software demonstrations (training provided)
- Ideally able to process jobs from software on to CNC machines
- Great knowledge in MS Office packages and web tools


Travel
- Up-to 70% of the time
- You may be required to travel on week-ends.
- You must be able to travel within the US, Canada and occasionally in Europe.
